Jim Malloni, Chief Administrative Officer

James J. Malloni has been the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at the Clermont County Sheriff's Office since 1997. Malloni's responsibilities include hiring for all components, collective bargaining negotiations, forecasting and budgeting, and overseeing all personnel matters. CAO Malloni brings a total 25 years of expertise in human resources, operations management and fiscal control. In the private sector, Malloni's career endeavors ranged from management of a retail store, to property management for a commercial real estate company, to vice president of operations for a personnel service. James and his wife have three grown sons.
