Detectives from the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office received a Cyber Tip generated by Internet Crimes against Children (ICAC) and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), involving an address in the 4200 block of Pekin Court in Batavia Township, Clermont County, where child pornography was uploaded.  On Thursday, April 14, 2022, Sheriff’s Office Detective’s executed a search warrant on the residence and identified Jayden Hill as the responsible party.  Detectives seized various electronics used to upload and view the material.

Hill had previously been indicted by the Clermont County Grand Jury on June 16, 2022 for (1) count of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor, a felony of the 2nd degree, (1) count of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor, a felony of the fourth degree, (1) count of Illegal Use of a minor in Nudity Oriented Material, a felony of the 4th degree, and (1) count of Illegal Use of a minor in Nudity Oriented Material, a felony of the 2nd degree based on the information provided by NCMEC and ICAC. A subsequent search by detectives of the seized electronics and associated social media accounts with the assistance of the Hamilton County Regional Electronics and Computers Investigation Unit revealed large quantities of uploaded images, depicting prepubescent and pubescent aged girls engaged in various lewd acts.  This investigation remains ongoing, as detectives continue to work with ICAC and NCMEC in an effort to determine the identities on any victim(s) and/or perpetrator(s) shown in Hills’ child pornography collection.

Hill turned his self into the Sheriff’s Office on October 4th, 2022 and is currently being held without bond in the Clermont County Jail. Hill will appear before Clermont County Common Pleas Judge Kevin Miles on October 5, 2022 at 10:00 am for his arraignment.
