On Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 5:13 PM the Clermont County Communications Center received a 911 call regarding an intoxicated male with a firearm at a residence located in the 4600 block of Ireton Rd. in Jackson Township. When deputies arrived on scene they observed Anthony Winkler, age 59, unconscious with a laceration to his head. Jackson Township EMS responded to the scene to treat Winkler and requested Air Care to respond. No shots were fired and no other witnesses were injured during the incident.
