James J. Malloni is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office.  Malloni has been at the Sheriff’s Office since 1997 overseeing hiring for all components, collective bargaining negotiations, forecasting and budgeting, and all personnel matters.   Malloni continues his duties with current Sheriff Leahy and brings thorough, hands-on knowledge of all CAO related operations.  Prior to the last 25 years at the Sheriff’s Office, Malloni was in the private sector for 25 years garnering expertise in human resources, operations management and fiscal control.  Malloni’s career endeavors ranged from management of a retail store, to property management for a commercial real estate company, to vice president of operations for a personnel service. James and his wife have three grown sons and six grandchildren.
