LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office has various items of personal property which were in the custody of the Amelia Police Department. Such items were found, abandoned, stolen or seized pursuant to a search warrant or other lawful means and are now subject disposal in accordance with ORC 2981.11 (C).
Members of the public may view a detailed list of these items on the Sheriff’s Office website at www.clermontsheriff.org. Further inquiries regarding specific items (identified by description and Audit ID #) are to be directed to the Evidence office at 513-732-7502 between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm no later than Thursday October, 1, 2020 in order to claim or establish ownership rights of any item listed.
Items not claimed during this period will be subsequently disposed of per appropriate court order. The Office of the Clermont County Sheriff is located at 4470 SR 222, Batavia, OH 45103.
