UPDATE: Chad Willhoff is now in custody 11/12/2020 1435hrs

On November 10, 2020 the Clermont County Grand Jury indicted Chad Willhoff, age 41 of Milford, on five counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, each felonies of the third degree and one count of Rape, a felony of the first degree. The alleged offenses occurred between 1994 and 1996 while Willhoff was a juvenile. Willhoff and the male victim were neighbors during that timeframe and the offenses occurred in the 200 block of East Plane St. in the Village of Bethel.

A release was made earlier this year,  July 16, 2020,  when a Clermont County Grand Jury indicted Wilhoff, on six counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor; three counts of Sexual Battery; and one Count of Gross Sexual Imposition, all felonies of the third degree.  Those alleged offenses occurred between 2003 and 2008 while Wilhoff was employed by Bethel-Tate High School as a coach of girls soccer, girls track, girls basketball, and boys track.

Willhoff turned himself in at the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office on July 16, 2020.

On July 17, 2020 Willhoff was given a $75,000 O/R Bond and was released from the Clermont County Jail

A Warrant on Indictment for the arrest of Chad Willhoff was issued on his new charges on November 10, 2020.  Willhoff remains at large.
