            We will no longer conduct Sheriff Sales in our Training Room.  Until further notice, Sheriff Sales will be held under our canopy located in the rear of the building.  Please continue to utilize the Municipal Court Parking lot.

General Information

When there are properties to be sold (current sale schedule), the Sheriff’s Office holds real estate auctions on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Training Room of the Sheriff’s Office at 4470 State Route 222 Batavia, Ohio, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.

Sheriff’s Sales start promptly at 10:00 am.  Please enter through the main entrance of the Sheriff’s Office.

There are no Sheriff’s Sales on federal holidays.   Sales are advertised in the Clermont Sun newspaper unless otherwise requested by the Plaintiff’s attorney.   Sheriff’s Sales of Real Estate (Foreclosure) and Tax Sales are advertised for three weeks.   Properties may be withdrawn from a sale with a court order up to the time of sale.
