Real Estate Sales

 

General Information

When there are properties to be sold, the Sheriff’s Office holds real estate auctions on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. at 4470 State Route 222 Batavia, Ohio, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.

Sheriff’s Sales start promptly at 10:00 am. Until further notice, sales will be taking place outside under the covered parking area behind the Sheriff’s office.

There are no Sheriff’s Sales on federal holidays.   Sales are advertised in the Clermont Sun newspaper unless otherwise requested by the Plaintiff’s attorney.   Sheriff’s Sales of Real Estate (Foreclosure) and Tax Sales are advertised for three weeks.   Properties may be withdrawn from a sale with a court order up to the time of sale.
