On 5-2-17 at 4:00pm, Darnay Foley turned himself in at the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office. Foley was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Clermont County Jail. Foley will appear in the Clermont County Municipal Court for his arraignment at 10:00am on Wednesday 05/03/17.
