(2) counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter involving a Minor – (disseminate) - all felonies of the 2nd degree

On February 18th, 2025, the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Unit received a Cyber Tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tip indicated that child sexual abuse material (CSAM) was being transmitted from a residence in the 1200 block of Bluegrass Blvd. in Batavia Township.

Detectives initiated an investigation and subsequently executed a search warrant at the residence. The suspect, identified as Brizzolara, admitted to being solely responsible for possessing and distributing CSAM. Several electronic devices were seized from the home and analyzed with the assistance of the United States Secret Service’s Cincinnati Field Office. A forensic examination revealed a significant quantity of CSAM, including material depicting infants and toddlers. Detectives have confirmed that none of the children depicted were housed at the residence or are believed to be local. The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office continues to work with NCMEC and ICAC to identify the victims.

Brizzolara was issued a Summons on Indictment for the above-mentioned charges. He is scheduled to appear before Clermont County Common Pleas Judge Anthony Brock on August 1st , 2025, at 09:30 am for arraignment on the pending charges.
