On Thursday, February 6^th, 2025, Mack Roach, age 42, of Goshen Township, was indicted by the Clermont County Grand Jury, who returned indictments on the following charges:

(4) counts of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor, all felonies of the 2^nd degree.

(1) count of Corrupting Another with Drugs, a felony of the 2^nd degree.

(1) count of Obstructing Official Business, a felony of the 5^th degree.

The investigation began on December 12^th, 2024, when Clermont County Child Protective Services (CPS) received a report from a mandatory reporter about a juvenile who was possibly being trafficked for sexual purposes. On December 13^th, 2025, the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Unit was notified by CPS and promptly followed up on the allegations.

On December 16^th, 2024, the Clermont County Juvenile Probation Department conducted a home visit as part of an existing legal case involving the juvenile. During the visit, multiple electronic devices were found in violation of court-imposed restrictions. A subsequent preliminary review of these devices by the Probation Officer uncovered messages related to illegal narcotic exchanges and sexually explicit content involving the juvenile. Detectives executed multiple search warrants to secure and review the devices. Upon review of the content, the suspect was identified as Mack Roach. 

On January 22^nd, 2025, after a review of the electronic devices, an additional search warrant was executed at Roach’s residence in Lakeshore Mobile Home Park, in the 1700 block of State Route 28 in Goshen Township, Clermont County. During the execution of the warrant, detectives located Roach hiding under the mobile home. It was determined that Roach had accessed that area through a concealed opening in the floor. Roach was taken into custody without incident and provided a statement to detectives. Detectives processed the residence, and the evidence collected was consistent with the reported criminal activities. At the time of his arrest, Roach was detained on unrelated outstanding warrants and held on a bond of $49,000 cash or professional.

Roach has remained in custody at the Clermont County Jail since his arrest and is now being held without bond. Roach is scheduled to appear before Clermont County Common Pleas Judge on February 7^th, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. for arraignment on the indicted charges.
