Jeremy Cackler-Fox, age 29, of Delaware County, Ohio, was indicted on May 14^th, 2026, by the Clermont County Grand Jury on the following charges:

(20) counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor, felonies of the 2^nd degree and 4^th degree

On March 26^th, 2026, detectives with the Delaware City Police Department (DCPD) requested assistance from the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Unit.  DCPD requested assistance locating Cackler-Fox, who was wanted in connection with an investigation involving the transmission of explicit images to a minor through Snapchat.

Detectives with the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office located Cackler-Fox at the Apple Creek Mobile Home Park, located in the 2100 block of State Route 125 in Monroe Township, Clermont County, and took him into custody without incident on the outstanding Delaware County warrants.  During his arrest, Clermont County detectives seized a cell phone and additional electronic devices pending further review.

Based on information obtained during DCPD’s investigation, a search warrant was obtained to analyze the electronic devices belonging to Cackler-Fox.  The Clermont County Sheriff’s S.A.F.E. Unit subsequently conducted a forensic analysis of the seized devices, which identified numerous files believed to contain child sexual abuse material.

Detectives have confirmed that none of the children depicted were housed at the residence or are believed to be local.  The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office continues to work with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force to identify the victims.

Cackler-Fox is currently being held in the Delaware County Jail on a $500,000 bond related to charges filed in that jurisdiction and is awaiting extradition to Clermont County at a later date.
