On October 1st, 2025, at approximately 11:32 a.m., Adam Montunnas was apprehended by members of the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Task Force Unit and Investigative Unit. Montunnas was taken into custody following a foot pursuit after he fled from a residence in the 500 block of South Main Street in the Village of Bethel, Clermont County. He is currently being interviewed by the Bethel Police Department and will be transported to the Clermont County Jail by Sheriff’s Deputies upon the conclusion of the interview. Montunnas will remain in custody with the warrants filed by the Bethel Police Department last night, held without bond, and is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Clermont County Municipal Court before Magistrate Owen Kelm.
