A Cincinnati, Ohio, man and a Clermont County woman have been indicted by the Clermont County Grand Jury on February 18^th, 2025, for the distribution of illegal narcotics in Clermont County.

Matthew Brandon Leitsinger, age 42, has been indicted with:

(3) counts of Trafficking in Cocaine, all felonies of the 1^st degree

(3) counts of Possession of Cocaine, all felonies of the 1^st degree

(1) count of Trafficking in Drugs, a Felony of the 5^th degree

(6) counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, all felonies of 2^nd degree

(4) counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, all felonies of the 2^nd degree

(1) count of Trafficking in Drugs, a Felony of the 5^th degree

(2) counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, all felonies of the 4^th degree

(2) counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, all felonies of the 5^th degree

Heather Michelle Anderson, age 34, has been indicted with:

(1) count of Trafficking in Cocaine, a Felony of the 1^st degree

(1) count of Possession of Cocaine, a Felony of the 1^st degree

On July 27^th, 2023, the Clermont County Narcotics Task Force received an anonymous tip about Leitsinger and Anderson selling cocaine at an address on Gumbert Drive in Batavia Township, Clermont County. Agents from the Narcotics Unit began an investigation and developed enough probable cause to execute multiple search warrants on the residence and others in Hamilton County.

On September 23^rd and 24^th, 2024, the Clermont County Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force, with assistance from the Cincinnati Police Department and Hamilton County Drug Abuse Reduction Task Force (DART), executed probable cause search warrants at multiple residences in the 1300 block of Gumbert Drive in Batavia Township of Clermont County, the 100 block of East University Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio of Hamilton County, and the 5400 block of Bluesky Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio of Hamilton County. 

Subsequently, Agents located a large quantity of both illegal narcotics and U.S. Currency during those search warrants. 

Total seizure during the executed search warrants:

• $33,065.00 in US Currency
• 647.89 grams of Cocaine
• 438.99 grams of Psylocibin Mushrooms
• 183.73 grams of MDMA
• 13.47 grams of Amphetamine Pills
• 1248.8 grams of Marijuana
• 226-unit doses of L.S.D
• Approximately 35 grams of Methamphetamine
• 3.44 grams of Ketamine

The total street value of seized narcotics is estimated at $85,085.25

Both defendants are summoned to appear before Judge Victor Haddad in Clermont County Common Pleas Court on February 26^th, 2025.
