On June 12, 2025, at 8:55pm, the Clermont County Communications Center received a 911 call from a female reporting that a male was on scene at Hoppy’s Place “with a loaded gun.”
Road Patrol Deputies arrived on the scene at 8:57pm and located an adult male lying unresponsive in the parking lot of the establishment suffering from obvious head trauma.
Central Joint Fire/EMS responded to the scene at 9pm, provided immediate medical assistance and called for AirCare.
AirCare arrived on scene at 9:24pm and flew the male subject to University Hospital at 9:45pm, where he remains with non-life-threatening injuries.
The identity of the victim is not being released at this time, as the investigation remains ongoing.
