Andrew Warren Bobb, age 51, of Columbia, Tennessee, was arrested on September 19, 2025, for Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the 3rd degree, and Violating Protection Order, a misdemeanor of the 1st degree. 

On August 22, 2025, a concerned citizen responded to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office to report a possible inappropriate relationship between a former Milford High School student and Bobb, who at the time was a School Resource Officer for the Miami Township Police Department (Clermont County), and was assigned to Milford High School. The reporting party had in their possession a picture that had surfaced from social media, depicting Bobb and this student in a state that would be inappropriate considering his former position. 

During this investigation, several Search Warrants and other legal requests were executed, which produced evidence that Bobb violated a Civil Protection Order that was granted on behalf of this student, after this student’s guardians learned of the student communicating with Bobb in an inappropriate form. The investigation also determined that a cell phone seized from Bobb had evidence removed, destroyed, and/or altered, which led detectives to charge Bobb with Tampering with Evidence. However, the picture in question was determined to have been taken after the student had legally become an adult, and Bobb was no longer a police officer.

Sheriff’s Office Detectives were able to determine that Bobb had relocated to Columbia, Tennessee, after leaving the Miami Township Police Department. With the assistance of the Maury County Sheriff’s Office (Tennessee), Bobb was arrested and held until Clermont County Sheriff deputies extradited Bobb back to Clermont County on Saturday, September 20, 2025. 

Bobb appeared in front of a Clermont County Municipal Court Magistrate this morning, where he was given a $50,000 cash bond at 10%. Bobb is scheduled to be back in Clermont County Municipal Court on October 1, 2025, at 1 PM for a preliminary hearing. 

This investigation will be reviewed in its entirety with the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office for presentation to the Grand Jury for consideration of additional charges.
