On November 25th, 2025, the Clermont County Grand Jury returned an indictment for Marcus Losey on the following charges:
Losey remains incarcerated in the Clermont County Jail without bond. He is scheduled to appear for arraignment in front of Judge Kevin Miles of the Clermont County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday November 26, 2025, at 10 am.

Marcus Losey, age 18, of Batavia Township, was arrested after a domestic incident in Batavia Township for the following charges.
(1) count of Felonious Assault, a felony of the 2nd degree
(1) count of Domestic Violence, a misdemeanor of the 1st degree
On November 23rd, 2025, at approximately 12:51 AM, the Clermont County Communications Center received a 911 call indicating a male had been stabbed. Clermont County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the residence in the 100 block of Chapel Road in Batavia Township, Clermont County.
Deputies arrived on scene and located a male on the couch with a stab wound to the abdomen. The male indicated he had been stabbed by a family member. Deputies identified Marcus Losey age 18 as the suspect and detained him for further investigation.
The victim was treated at the scene and then transported by Central Joint Fire District EMS to University Hospital for non-life threatening injuries sustained.
Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office responded to investigate. Detectives learned from the parties involved the victim and his girlfriend had been drinking and an argument ensued. Losey interjected in the argument, resulting in he and the victim having a physical altercation. Losey then stabbed the victim in the abdomen.
Marcus Losey was transported by Central Joint Fire District EMS to Clermont Mercy Hospital for breathing difficulty. Losey was treated and released, then transported to the Clermont County Jail for the above mentioned charges.
Losey is currently incarcerated with no bond. He will be arraigned on Monday November 24, 2025, at 10:00 am in front of Magistrate Owen Kelm in Clermont County Municipal Court.
