Clermont County Man Indicted For Trafficking Narcotics

On September 25, 2025, David Goodine, age 19, was indicted by the Clermont County Grand Jury following an investigation by the Clermont County Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force for the distribution of illegal narcotics. 


Goodine has been indicted on the following charges: 

(1) count of Trafficking in Marijuana, a Felony of 3rd degree 

(1) count of Possession of Marijuana, a Felony of 3rd degree

(3) counts of Trafficking of THC Wax, a Felony of 4th degree

(3) counts of Possession of THC Wax, a Felony of 5th degree

(3) counts of Trafficking Psilocybin, a Felony of 2nd degree

(3) counts of Possession of Psilocybin, a Felony of 2nd degree 

(3) counts of Trafficking of LSD, a Felony of 3rd degree 

(3) counts of Possession of LSD, a Felony of 4th degree 


The Clermont County Narcotics Task Force initiated an investigation after receiving information that David Goodine was trafficking psilocybin mushrooms, LSD, and marijuana products from his residence in the 5400 block of State Route 133, Williamsburg Township, Clermont County. 


On January 27, 2025, the Clermont County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at David Goodine’s residence. Evidence collected from the scene was submitted to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation for testing.


During the execution of the Search Warrant detectives seized:

  • $6009.00 in US Currency 
  • 31.86 lbs. of Marijuana 
  • 1419 (1g) THC Carts 
  • 292 (2g) THC Carts 
  • 1.91 lbs. of Psilocybin (Mushrooms) 
  • 27 packs of THC Edibles 
  • 5.90 lbs. of THC Wax 
  • 14.5g Gross (50 units) of LSD 
  • Taurus 9mm pistol 
  • AR 9mm pistol 
  • 4 I-phones 


Total street value of seized narcotics is estimate at $132,140.00.
