On October 19, 2024, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Clermont County deputies responded to a reported burglary in the 1200 block of Glenwood Court, located in the Braxton Parke subdivision of Batavia Township.
Upon arrival, deputies observed signs of forced entry. The homeowner reported that cash and other items of value had been stolen from the residence. The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Unit was requested, and detectives responded to process the scene and conducted a follow-up investigation.
During the investigation, detectives recovered surveillance footage from inside the residence showing multiple unidentified individuals inside the home wearing face masks and gloves. While canvassing the surrounding area, detectives also obtained surveillance footage from a nearby business that captured images of a suspect vehicle.
Detectives later learned, through information-sharing resources, that a similar burglary had occurred within days of this incident in Springboro, Ohio. The Springboro Police Department determined that the same suspect vehicle was used during the burglary in their jurisdiction. Further investigation revealed that the suspect vehicle had been rented in Detroit, Michigan. Through analysis of rental car records, cellphone data, flight records, and bank records, detectives identified the following suspects as being involved in the offenses:
Dominick Luna - last known address Houston Texas
Wilver Manyoma-Meja- last known address Houston Texas
Alex Cordoba-Angulo last known address Houston Texas
On February 10, 2026, a Clermont County Grand Jury returned indictments on Luna, Manyoma-Mejia, and Cordoba-Angulo. Each individual was indicted for the following:
Detectives learned that on January 28, 2026, Dominick Luna and Wilver Manyoma-Mejia were arrested in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, in connection with a similar burglary offense. Following Manyoma-Mejia’s arrest in Wisconsin, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) placed a detainer against him while he was incarcerated in Ozaukee County.
Both Luna and Manyona-Mejia remain incarcerated in Ozaukee County. Upon resolution of the Wisconsin charges, they are expected to be extradited to Clermont County to face their pending indictments.
Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed that Manyoma-Mejia and Cordoba-Angulo are natives and citizens of Colombia.
Wilver Mayoma-Mejia was deported from the United States in 2013 after being encountered near the border and again in 2017 for being unlawfully present in the country. DHS and ICE confirmed there is no record of how Manyoma-Mejia re-entered the United States.
Alex Cordoba-Angulo is currently in the United States on a valid work visa set to expire in November 2032 and he has also filed an application for asylum.
Alex Cordoba-Angulo currently remains at large.
Based on information obtained during the investigation, detectives believe he is not currently in the local area. The investigation is ongoing, and the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office continues to work in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and other partner agencies to locate Cordoba-Angulo.
